Everyone knows that there is a big gap between scientific research and practical application in the agri-food sector.

Scientific research is largely driven by the interests of scientists rather than the real problems faced by farms and agribusinesses. The European Innovation Partnership is attempting to bridge this gap. In this initiative, the Operational Groups have a key role.
